Henry Bolton
Co-Founder / POST PRODUCTION
New Zealand born Henry has over 20 years experience in both scripted and unscripted television editing in the USA, New Zealand and the UK working in a variety of reality genres including docu-follow, lifestyle, entertainment, travel, investigation, competition and documentary.
Growing up with a passion for film and storytelling, he studied at the South Seas Film & Television School learning all aspects of production and specialized in post production. His first position from college was as lead editor on one of TV3’s top rating consumer shows, ‘Target’, turning around 44 episodes a year. From then worked on over 400 hours of top rating television including Next Top Model, Downsize Me, The Food Truck, Highway Cops, Border Patrol and The Year that Was.
Since moving to the US in 2013, Henry has edited more than a dozen shows for Discovery, Lifetime, TLC, VH1, MTV, BET, FYI and Animal Planet. Most recently he was lead editor on ‘American Chopper’ and other credits include ‘COPS’, ‘Little Women: Atlanta’, ‘Signed’, ‘Dance Moms’, ‘Kingin’ With Tyga’ and ‘Chasing Destiny’.
Henry runs the post production for ‘Postively Reel Productions’ and works in both scripted and unscripted content.
Henry is a sought after and highly experienced editor in unscripted and scripted content and corporate branding, with a strong sense of story, an ability to create and adapt to different show styles and client briefs, and crafts every project with the utmost attention to detail.
